You are invited to join United Good Neighbors of Jefferson County (UGN) to celebrate our community's spirit of volunteerism during the sixth Annual Day of Caring on September 16th and 17th. During this two-day volunteer event, you help UGN kick-off the UGN 2016 Fall Fund Drive, while accomplishing a much needed project for one of our local nonprofit organizations or community groups.

Many of our Jefferson County nonprofit organizations depend on volunteers to carry out their missions.  Volunteers donate time and talent to deliver services and programs, raise  funds, assist with administration and operations for our nonprofits and public agencies.  For Day of Caring, UGN matches local businesses and community members with nonprofit organizations seeking help with a specific task or project. Your contribution of time helps build a thriving community for all in Jefferson County.  Come and celebrate the spirit of volunteerism! You can sign up as an individual and join a project or sign up your team up for a project!
